At First Fruits we have developed a new way to roast coffee. This has taken us 3 years to fully develop. We have been able to fully roast our coffee and finish the roast before First Crack. This is unheard of. We are stimulating chemical reactions that normally occur much later earlier. This new style will age incredibly well.
