I'm new to specialty coffee. Where do I start?

Which one is better with milk?
Both are great with milk. Crowd Pleaser is smooth and sweet, perfect for lattes and cappuccinos. Revelation is stronger and cuts right through milk, so it shines in a bold flat white.
