Papua New Guinea Nebilyer
Washed Process
Grown in the rugged highlands of Papua New Guinea, our Nebilyer Valley lot delivers a bold yet beautifully structured cup that reflects the untamed landscape it comes from.
Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Western Highlands, this washed lot benefits from high elevation, rich volcanic soil, and slow cherry maturation. The result is a clean and vibrant coffee with depth, sweetness, and a distinctive PNG character.
Tasting Notes
🍫 Dark chocolate
🍊 Dried orange
🍇 Red berries
🌰 Roasted hazelnut
Expect a structured acidity, syrupy body, and a long, cocoa-driven finish.
